Legal and privacy contact information
Questions regarding our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, or Account Deletion can also be sent to support@glowkiapp.online.
As detailed in our privacy policy, Glowki sends scan photos securely to its analysis providers for ephemeral processing and does not retain the raw images on server disks.
Your privacy and trust remain our top priority.
Feel free to reach out with any privacy questions or security concerns.

What to include so we can help quickly
Support is handled by a small team, and the difference between a one-reply resolution and a week of back-and-forth is usually the detail in the first message. Telling us your Android version and device model, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead lets us reproduce most issues without a second round of questions.
If something looks wrong in a scan result or a colour season, a description of what you saw is genuinely more useful to us than a screenshot of your face — and we would rather you did not send one. Scan photos are processed in memory and never stored, so we have no copy to look at on our side, and we have no way to inspect your history because it lives on your device rather than on our servers.
For account deletion, the in-app path under Settings is immediate and does not require contacting us at all. Email us if that path fails or if you have a question the app cannot answer; please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents, as none of them are ever needed to resolve a Glowki support request.
Privacy questions and data requests
Scan photos are processed in memory by the analysis providers named in the privacy policy and discarded after the report is produced. Your results, habits, routines, and preferences live in local storage on your device, while optional account identifiers and purchase records are stored for the limited purposes described in that policy.
You can reset local results and preferences in the app. Account deletion, subscription cancellation, and requests about stored account information follow separate controls because those records are not the same as your locally stored scan history.
Where you have a question about any of this, the privacy policy is the authoritative document and email is the right route for anything it does not cover. Please do not send scan images, passwords, payment details, or identity documents with a support request.
Feedback, bug reports and feature requests
Feedback from the live app changes the product, and we would rather hear about something confusing than leave it unresolved. Reports of awkward wording, broken flows, and results that felt wrong are all genuinely useful, not just crashes.
For a scan or colour result that seemed off, the most useful message describes what the app said, what you expected, and what your own testing suggested — a daylight drape, a white-paper check, a foundation shade you know matches. That gives us something to compare the model against, which a screenshot cannot.
Feature requests are welcome with the honest caveat that not every request will fit the roadmap. The app is deliberately focused, and a useful idea may still take time. We would rather say that than accumulate a queue we do not intend to work through.
Response times are measured in days rather than hours, and slower around weekends. If a message goes unanswered for more than a week it is worth resending, since a small number of replies do get caught by spam filtering in both directions.
Please allow for the fact that this is a very small team, and that a slow reply means we are working rather than ignoring you.
