Account & Data Deletion

You can clear your local data or delete your Glowki account at any time.

Reset local data (without deleting your account)

Glowki stores scan history, undertone mix, skin scores, habits, routines, and preferences locally on your device. To wipe local data without deleting your account:

1. Open Glowki and go to Settings.
2. Tap Reset Data and confirm.

Delete account from inside the app

1. Open Glowki and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This removes your email address, Supabase user ID, and login tokens from our servers.

Delete account by email request

If you cannot access the app, email ydamit5840@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete deletion of your account record within 30 days.
